  A small, non-profit, patient-based advocacy organization, with a nationwide network of people dedicated to working together to advance research, support patients, and create hope for those affected by pancreatic cancer.
• pancreatica.org - Confronting Pancreatic Cancer
  A website made to serve as a worldwide gathering point on the Internet for the latest news and information in regard to clinical trials and other responsible medical care in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. It is funded and maintained by the Lorenzen Cancer Foundation, a California non-profit organization.

  NCI’s gateway for information about pancreatic cancer.
• Pancreatic Cancer Alliance
  The Pancreatic Cancer Alliance exists to support the efforts of the medical and research communities, as well as patients and their loved ones, in the battle against pancreatic cancer.

  A support group for quitting smoking, provided by the American Lung Association.

• UPMC Cancer Centers Information and Referral Service
  A cancer information service for the public, staffed by UPMC Cancer Centers oncology nurses and social workers, is available at 412-647-2811, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. This service answers questions you may have about cancer, provides general cancer information, treatment options, and help to individuals in scheduling appointments/obtaining referrals with UPMC Cancer Centers doctors.
• UPMC Cancer Centers patient/family education center
  provides informational materials to cancer patients with and their families, friends, and caregivers. The center has an extensive library of up-to-date cancer-related information that can be used to supplement information provided by your health care team.
