Prostate Cancer

Partin Coefficient Table: PSA > 20.0 ng/ml

This table shows the probability of having each of the four pathologic stages of prostate cancer based on Gleason score, clinical stage and a PSA level greater than 20.0 ng/ml.

Examples

  • A man with a PSA level of 28.5 ng/ml, a Gleason score of 3 and a clinical stage of T1c has a 58% chance of having organ-confined disease.

  • A man with a PSA level of 40.7 ng/ml, a Gleason score of 7 and a clinical stage of T2c has a 32% chance of seminal vesicle involvement.
