Scheduling an appointment

To schedule an appointment at UPMC Cancer Centers, please call 412-647-2811 or 412-692-4724.

Patient evaluations are performed at the University Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists Outpatient Clinic. Patients may be referred on the advice of their physician and treatment, or via self-referral for a second opinion.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be mailed a patient history and data form to complete and bring with you the day or your visit. In addition, please bring any relevant medical records (reports, x-rays etc.) or arrange for them to be forwarded to University Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists prior to your visit.
