Patients at UPMC Cancer Centers receive world-class care in their very own communities. With 180 affiliated oncologists at more than 40 locations in the tri-state area, UPMC Cancer Centers is one of the largest networks for cancer care in the country, and the only center in western Pennsylvania with the elite Comprehensive Cancer Center designation from the National Cancer Institute.
UPMC has made a significant financial investment in enhancing and expanding this network, as evidenced by the opening of six new cancer centers in the last three years, including three freestanding facilities. Close ties between the Hillman Cancer Center – the flagship facility in the UPMC Cancer Centers network and home of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute – and the many community network locations ensures that all patients across western Pennsylvania receive the same state-of-the-art, comprehensive services including radiation oncology, medical oncology, and radiology.

With support from the Cancer Institute and UPMC Health System, these specialists bring the latest advances in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis and treatment to their network locations.
The newest UPMC Cancer Centers are located in Natrona Heights, Moon Township, Latrobe, Beaver, Johnstown, and Mt. Lebanon.
