UPMC Cancer Center at Veterans Affairs Medical Center

The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (UPCI) have partnered with community-based hospitals throughout the region to develop UPMC Cancer Centers, one of the largest integrated community networks of cancer physicians and health care specialists in the country.

UPMC Cancer Center at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, part of the UPMC Cancer Centers community network, allows patients to receive the highest level of cancer care without having to leave their communities.

Appointments and office hours:

Our clinic is open from 9 a.m to 12 p.m. on Wednesday and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday. Chemotherapy treatments are available Monday through Friday.

Appointments can be made by calling (412) 688-6178 and can be coordinated through a family physician or PCP, or through another specialist. This enables us to obtain records needed to make a patient’s appointment and to have treatment options available at the time of visit.
