patients and their families is Family
House (3 locations). This "home away from home"
has accommodations in Oakland near UPMC Presbyterian and UPMC
Montefiore, and in Shadyside near UPMC Shadyside and the Hillman
Cancer Center. Rates are very affordable and may be covered
by insurance. A shuttle system is available for transportation
to UPMC Shadyside and Hillman Cancer Center.
