PITTSBURGH, Oct. 4 – This year, doctors will diagnose about 7,800 new cases of Hodgkin’s lymphoma in the United States alone, as estimated by the American Cancer Society. This disease does, however, have many treatment options, and patients and their families can benefit from having the right information.

This event is part of a series of cancer lectures.

Presented by Anastasios Raptis, MD, PhD, from the division of hematology and oncology at the UPMC Cancer Centers and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, the talk welcomes patients, their families and the public.

The event is free and open to the public. Free parking is available in the UPMC Shadyside Medical Center Garage on Centre Avenue. Registration is required as seating is limited. Refreshments will be served. For further questions or to register, please call (412) 623-3651
