  • National Cancer Institute: Lung Cancer
    The National Cancer Institute's Cancer.gov provides information for patients, the public, and health care professionals about lung cancer treatment, screening, prevention, supportive care, genetics, and clinical trials.
  • MEDLINEPlus: Lung Cancer
    Consumer health information resource provided by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). Page includes general information, links to pictures/diagrams, diagnosis, symptoms, prevention, and screening for lung cancer.
  • Lung Cancer Alliance (LCA)
    A national organization seeking to help people at risk for, and living with, lung cancer worldwide by providing information about the disease, psychosocial support, and advocacy on related issues.
  • American Lung Association (ALA)
    The oldest voluntary health organization in the United States, ALA fights lung disease in all of its forms, with special emphasis on asthma, tobacco control, and environmental health. ALA offers general information about lung cancer.

    Provides informational materials to patients with cancer and their families, friends, and caregivers. The Center has an extensive library of up-to-date, cancer-related information to supplement information provided by your health care team.
