At UPMC Cancer Centers, we know that the extensive range of services we offer our patients makes all the difference. UPMC strives to meet the many physical, as well as emotional, needs of cancer patients and their families.

While UPMC is able to treat a range of both common and rare cancers, 13 areas of expertise have been recognized. These specialized cancer programs provide patients with comprehensive, focused care specific to their type of cancer, and are staffed by nationally and internationally recognized cancer care specialists who use a multidisciplinary approach to care for each patient.

Patients are provided with exceptional care through the entire course and treatment of their disease. Our many services include screening and early detection, clinical diagnosis, access to the latest treatments, as well as symptom management and supportive care.
