Medical Oncology
Dr. Awan is director of clinical services at the UPMC Cancer Center, John P. Murtha Pavilion. He has practiced in the Johnstown area for 20 years. Dr. Awan is board certified in medical oncology, specializing in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He completed his undergraduate education at the Government College in Quetta, Pakistan and received his medical degree from the University of Cuidad-Juarez School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital, where is served as chief resident.
