Radiation Oncology
Sushil Beriwal, MD, is the medical director of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, associate professor of Radiation Oncology, and the Radiation Oncology Residency program director. He specializes in gynecologic, breast, and prostate cancers with emphasis on brachytherapy and Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT).
Board-certified in radiation oncology, Dr. Beriwal received his medical degree from University of Calcutta, West Bengal, India. He completed his residencies at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh, India, Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia, and Drexel University College of Medicine, in Philadelphia.
