Lowell C. Shinn, MD, is a medical oncologist at UPMC Cancer Center, Washington and UPMC Cancer Center, Monroeville/Haymaker. Board-certified in medical oncology, Dr. Shinn received his medical degree from Marshall University’s Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, W.Va. He completed his residency and fellowship at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, N.C.
