Medical Oncology
Dr. Lichter has practiced for more than 20 years and is board certified in Internal Medicine/Hematology. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College of Union University. He completed his residency training and Fellowship Training in Hematology/Oncology at Montefiore Hospital.
