Volunteer Annual Review

If you have been notified by Volunteer & Community Services that you are due for your annual review, please follow the steps below to complete the annual review process by the due date that was given to you. This will ensure that all volunteers are in compliance with hospital regulations.

1. Review the Volunteer Handbook and HIPAA Manual
2. Print and complete the Self-Learning Quiz Self-Learning Quiz and Volunteer Feedback Form
3. Return the documents to the Volunteer & Community Services office. Please schedule a time to do so by emailing Denise DiTommaso at ditommasoda@upmc.edu.

Note: If you do not have access to a printer, computers and printers are available in the Gumberg Family Library (8:30am - 4:00pm) located in the Hillman Cancer Center, ground floor.
